Well, using the usual mail : [EMAIL PROTECTED]
You just send a message _with_ a subject and a body, whatever they are, but please no gif, jpeg, etc : it's just to avoid the mail to be bounced (Spam filtered)
For instance : subject : unsubscribe message : unsubscribe Hope it works :) Emmanuel
