Emmanuel Lecharny resolved DIRSERVER-795.

Resolution: Fixed
Ok, I have changed the MetaSchema yesturday to fix this issue. The problem was
that the ruleId was not using the correct Syntax, leading you to have a missing
MatchingRule for ruleId. The numberSC has been defined i the meanwhile, and the
producer should now point on the correct SC.
The normalizer and comparator are still missing, though. I'"m working on those
guys today.
