Dynamic help for Modification Logs View not showing up

I have noticed that the dynamic help for the Modification Logs View is not
showing up after displaying help for Connections View or LDAP Browser View.
In the Help window, the name of the section changes to "About Modification
Logs" but the description underneath is not updated.
