Add/Enable the navigation toolbar/menu in the RCP application.
It could be great to be able to use the 'Back'/'Forward', 'Next
Annotation'/'Previous Annotation', 'Last Edit Location' and 'Go To Line...'
Actions provided by this toolbar and menu to navigate between (and in) editors.
