The Apache Tuscany project is building a Service Data Object implementation that could be used to house and manage the triplesec model. David, you may have done a lot of work here already, so I'm just mentioning it for awareness. That said modeling what we are talking about EMF Ecore and generating the model code only takes a few minutes.
