I added the binary test files, enabled the tests, and marked the issue
as RESOLVED. As issue reporter, you now have to review the commits
and, if they are to your satisfaction, you need to CLOSE the issue.
Heads up, while I was in there I added a bunch of missing author and
version tags. You'll need to 'svn up', in case you have any
subsequent patches.
