Oh no sorry if this was not clear.  I was just saying we should 
javadoc code in line if you're adding new OSGi based functionality.
Not Tolstoy, but they should be there. ;-)

My aim is to make sure the OSGi code is easily readable so others here 
can navigate it when we really make the push to OSGi later on.
Would like to start the push over the next few days. I will be sending 
out an email to the list with a proposal on the process...
BTW - I am gonna need help to do it.  Stay tuned for email.
So javadocs will help a lot.
