Fix Version/s: 1.5.1
NTP configuration was refactored in the SASL branch as part of configuration
clean-up. NTP can now be configured using the NtpConfiguration bean and Spring
XML via MutableServerStartupConfiguration. This will be available after the
merge of the SASL branch, currently targeting 1.5.1.
