Please
1. Stop Tomcat
2. Remove old directories of the WebApp, i.e. delete
* C:\java\apache-tomcat-5.5.20\work\Catalina\localhost\ApacheDS
* C:\java\apache-tomcat-5.5.20\webapps\ApacheDS
3. Redeploy the war-file
4. Start Tomcat again.
Perhaps you are facing a problem with old data in the partitions of
ApacheDS, which are stored in the Tomcat work-Dir
