Schema editor should allow a user to add an OID in the Syntax input box

We can't select an OID in the Syntax combo box. If I have something like
1.3.6.1.4.1.1466.115.121.1.15 as a Syntax (which I take from an existing syntax
file, not OpenLdap compliant), then I have to search somewhere else to know
that this is a Directory String. This is not really easy...
