PartitionConfiguration is specific to Jdbm and is not an interface, so in order
to implement a custom configuration you must extend this class and override
some methods and private vars in order to properly imeplement a custom version.
This works just fine but is pretty much unintuitive. PartitionConfiguration
probably needs to be an interface with the required methods defined and the
current PartitionConfiguration code moved to an implementation of it
specifically for Btree/Jdbm.
As a workaround in 1.5.0, you can extend PartitionConfiguration and override
private variable partitionContext and getPartitionContext().
