Attachment: DIRSERVER-1023-with-xbean.patch
This patch removes [Mutable]InterceptorConfiguration and just uses interceptors
directly. This version also includes the xbean-spring patch and server.xml for
xbean-spring. If the xbean-spring stuff is rejected I can create a patch
without it.
