I no longer have my implementation of StartTLS. As the assignee, description,
and comments from March in this issue mention, I was waiting for you to process
grant paperwork.
If you get around to processing a grant, there is still the Safehaus StartTLS
implementation, still at the above URL, that could be moved over:
