We have to add a mechanism to launch a popup when the LDAP Browser and/or
Schemas perspective is/are displayed.
This popup will indicate to the user that a new version is out (1.0) and Apache
LDAP Studio has been renamed as Apache Directory Studio.
The popup will be linked to a page on the website helping the user to migrate
from Apache LDAP Studio to Apache Directory Studio.
