Introduce localized messages

As discussed on the mailing list it would be cool to have localized messages
for Studio. First we have to externalize all messages from the source code into
resource bundles. Second our native englisch speakers should review the english
messages. Third we need native speakers to translate these resource bundles (we
have native speakers for french, german and spanish)
