You can set this in the local subversion config file (in ".subversion" resp.
"Application Data/Subversion") in the auto-props section. At XStream we keep a
file for this section in svn itself:
http://svn.xstream.codehaus.org/browse/xstream/trunk/svn-autoprops.config.
However, every committer should setup his local svn installation with this
entries. At least is this setting used by every svn client.
