Add an OC and AT hierarchical global view

I would like to get the full hierarchy of all the oC and AT, without selecting
an AT or OC.
The idea is to allow the user to select a different view for the schema window
: he can get all the OCs or all the AT, as a hierarchy, sorted by name :

AT2
AT2-1
AT2-1-1
AT2-2
AT3
...
