571747 Tagging the 1.0.0 version
571961 Fixed DIRSTUDIO-180. Added dependency between connection pages.
572683 Copied tag 1.0.0 into releases/1.0.0
So the connection-ui plugin doesn't contain the fix.
The reproduction of the problem is difficult because it doesn't occur on all
platforms. I was able to reproduce it on Ubuntu/Sun JDK 1.5.0_12
