NTP is pretty darn simple and I'm going to code up a couple of
examples using it so we can better see what we are talking about.
There's an extreme danger here of making a mountain out of a
molehill :-)

get requests on both UDP and TCP, on the same port. From the server
POV, it's just two ways to get a request, and it's just some flags :
- TCP on or off
- UDP on of off
Is there anything else which is not common ?
