When copy/paste an entry in the tree and the entry to copy already exists, the
new entry is prefixed with a hardcoded "Copy of ". It would be better to
present a dialog where the user could select how to continue. Some strategies
are:
- Cancel the copy process
- Ignore the existing entry and continue
- Overwrite the existing entry and continue
- Rename the entry to copy and continue
