ApacheDS installer creates redundant server.xml file

If installed with the help of the installers, users find two server.xml files
in the directory layout.
* ../conf/server.xml
* .../instances/default/conf/server.xml
This causes confusion, as seen in DIRSERVER-1111
The first file should be removed (i.e. not installed)
