The 
'org.eclipse.core.runtime.compatibility.registry_3.2.100.v20070316.zip' 
package is a plugin which need to be unpacked. Is the zip format ok or 
should I have packaged it as a jar ?

I think it's easier having a jar. To unzip this it exists already a 
studio-plugin target.
