PS:
If you see messages like
[WARNING] org.apache.velocity.runtime.exception.ReferenceException: 
reference : template = META-INF/NOTICE.vm [line 14,column 1] : 
$project.organization.name is not a valid reference.
it's because of https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DIR-224 which is 
fixed only in version 9-SNAPSHOT.
