I tested the code in Eclipse, and it works perfectly fine ! I 
successfully connected to the server with Apache Studio.

Here is what I changed :
- port is 10389 (because I'm on Linux, and I don't run program as root)
- I loaded all the projects + MINA
So I guess you have a missing jar in your classpath...
