[Site] Update of copyright notice (still 2007)

Hi,

the pages of our website still state the following as the copyright 
notice in the footer

(c) 2003-2007, The Apache Software Foundation

I assume the templates for Confluence export have to be updated, and all 
pages have to be reexported to static content. Unfortunately I have no 
idea how to accomplish this.

Anybody with insight and privileges to do so, or advice me?
