Adding some logs when the server has started

It would be cool to gt some log when the server is up and running. Something
like :
"Apache DS ready..."
We would also like to have a kind of mechanism allowing an application
launching ADS programatically to be informed when the server is ready to accept
requests. (it may be through an admin channel the app can listen to until it
get a reply indicating that the server is ready)
