Same setup as DIRSTUDIO-233, however now when connecting to the server I get a
dialog box "Please select a connection to handle referral ..." with the two
servers I have defined. Neither OK nor Cancel closes the window, closing it
using the window manager leave the "Operation in progress..." dialog up, with
the status "Fetched 1 entry". Selecting Run in Background just causes it to
hang, and Cancel obviously cancels it. After either, the LDAP stuff shows busy
cursors, and eclipse doesn't exit - I get the confirmation box, but it just
sits there after I dismiss it.
Sometimes I get a non-specific "Error" dialog, and I think I saw a "An error
has occurred, check the log" dialog.
