Currently the admin user (uid=admin,ou=system) is hard coded.
Especially in cases where ApacheDS is embedded in other applications, it would
be helpful if this user would be configurable.
In my case I have already a kinf of "root" user in the existing application and
I would like to make both the same, the application and the ApacheDS root.
