Resolution: Fixed
Studio behavior is just correct. OID does not accept that the orclrevpwd
attribute to be fetched if SSL is not set :

"orclrevpwd Reversible encrypted value of the user password. This attribute
is generated only if the attribute orclpwdencryptionenable in the password
policy entry is set to 1. *The orclrevpwd attribute can be queried only by
using the SSL one-way and two-way authentication mechanisms*. This attribute
cannot be queried over non-SSL sessions. "
