I have documented a way to configure a new partition without providing a
context entry, as realized by Alex this week.

I'll add a feature request against Studio in order to make the initial
entry creation easier. Currently, it es necessary to import an LDIF file.
One problem is, that we now ship a configuration which contains a
partiton dc=example,dc=com, which can't be used out of the box because
of the missing context entry.
