[IRC] The Ichannels have been changed

Hi,

the channels for directory have been changed on freenode. Now use :
#apache-directory for users
#apache-directory-dev for the Apache developpers team.

NOTE : remember that IRC is _not_ the prefered communication channel for 
the project. Better use the Mailing Lists for reports or questions, and 
JIRA for issues.
