rc.d init script doesn't work for Mandriva Linux : location of "id" binary

On Mandriva 2007 Linux the "id" binary is found at "/bin/id" yet the script
/etc/rc.d/init.d/apacheds
doesn't cater for that location so any attempt to start the server fails asking
for the location of "id" to be reported.
