Hi all

The guide has a red box on top indicating we're using maven 2.0.6 and about
some problems about deploying (I suppose
this is when releasing) using other than JDK1.5.

- - Is anybody still using maven 2.0.6 or can we update this to 2.0.9?
- - With the latest fixes (Aha, this seemed to be my problem trying to release
TLP pom - I should REALLY do some RTF ...)
on TLP pom and introducing the altDeploymentRepository property which can be
set in the settings.xml I was able to
deploy also with JDK1.6. Maybe we can change this and add a note the JDK1.6
requires the definition of this property and
the need to use 'scpexe' as protocol instead of scp.

WDOT?

Regards
Felix

BTW
Using the latest TLP pom I was also prompted for a gpg password and it worked
without adding the password to the
settings.xml.
