That depends about what you take branches for. I thought branches are
normally for bugfixes of a released version while trunk is for ongoing
development and tags are for tagging :-)
I'm not sure if we can force the release-plugin to use the branches tree
for tagging?
At this point, I would back off and wait for Alex opinion, as he is -not
officially- our Release Manager Maximo :)
