Outline view does not respect the settings of the Entry Editor on displaying or
not the operational attributes.
Here's how to reproduce the bug:
- Make sure the "Show Operational Attributes" action is checked in the Entry
Editor's menu
- Display any entry
- All the attributes (including operational attributes) are loaded and
displayed in the Entry Editor and Outline view
- Un-check the "Show Operational Attributes" action in the Entry Editor's menu
- The operational attributes disappear from the Entry Editor but not from the
Outline view
