In ldap-browser module, when we need to value SambaLMPassword and
SambaNTPassword attributes, we have to encode manually or in an external way
the MD4 hash to insert.
Is maybe useful to integrate in DS a wizard, like that for userPassword
attribute, to help in encoding that hash directly in DS.
I don't know the full specifications to correctly obtain an hash suitable for
that attributes, but if can be useful for reference, i obtain that hash with a
perl function named "ntlmgen". Also, the tool phpldapadmin (PLA), automatically
convert any string inserted for that attributes in the correct format.
