The embedding guide also adds indexes before starting up the service, both in
the 1.0 and 1.5 versions. This was kind of misleading for me, as I had to index
a custom AT I injected after startup... But apparently you can also add indexed
attributes after starting up the service, at least it seems to work for me.
Maybe a note in the guide on this possibility would be useful?
