When browsing a directory suffix for which the the schema is unavailable (e.g.
cn=config on Sun directory server) all attributes are treated as operational,
which means that they cannot be edited.
The requested improvement is to add a configuration option (preferably specific
to a given suffix) which would allow attributes to be edited even if a schema
definition is not available.
