In many of the project/module poms a section <dependencyManagement> exists.
Most of them can be put in the TLP poms section as it make sense to use the
same plugin versions trhoughout the directory project. In some special cases we
still need it in a module pom, e.g. to refer to a custom plugin like
daemon-plugin.
Having all external plugin versions in the TLP pom makes management easier and
maintenance smoother.
