I fixed French and German characters.
Here are the replacements:

We could use the following regular expressions to find non-ascii characters:
Eclipse search:
[^\x00-\x7F]
Command line:
find . -name *.properties -exec grep -l -P [^\\x00-\\x7F] {} \;
