Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
I was unable to reproduce it on my computer.
I've done some investigation about this "Unable to get the current logfile size
with stat" error message and it seems it's not related to the installer itself,
but to the Tanuki Wrapper that Apache DS is using.
We've already have issues with such an error message. It was when Turkish
regional settings were used in Windows XP.
