It would be helpful to get special entries like aliases, referrals, or
subentries per request when browsing the DIT.
Add checkbox menu items to the browser's context menu. They should be contained
in a new sub-menu called 'Fetch'. Also move the 'Fetch operational attiributes
action into that submenu.
