I'm not sure if we need a parent pom for the buildtools or not as the 2
modules (and maybe more to follow) are IMO independent.
I don't know about the parent poms. I'm not sure either that it's
important to refer to those 2 new modues into the main pom.xml, as we
may not want to build the checkstye report and doco each time we run the
integration tests.
Otherwise, sounds good to me.
