Make the creation of AdministrativePoint easy

We should add some feattures to ease the management of the administrative model
:
- defining an AdministrativePoint should be done by right-clicking on an entry,
then selecting the Administrative roles (we can have more than one)
- adding a subentry should be allowed only if the selected entry is already an
AP. Then a right click should allow the creation of this subentry, creating all
the default elements
- the icons should show that an AP is an AP (adding a 'A' for instance) and
that an entry is selected by the subtreeSpecification of a subentry
- subentries should not be visible by default, and they should have a specific
icon
- of course, this should be available only for ADS server.
