[Studio] Unification of plugin names and Maven module names

Hi Dev List,

Another thing I'd like to do is unifying the names of the Maven module names on 
disk (the name of the folders) with the names of the plugins.

At the moment, we're using dots ('.') in the naming of the Eclipse plugins and 
dashes ('-') in the naming of the Maven modules.

I'd like to unify this and I propose that we use the dots naming scheme 
everywhere.
