Do we need the *parent* entry and it's id in the context? or is it just *entry*
and its id if yes then we already have the entry in the operation context but
not it's ID. Unless the entry's ID is also part of entry we cannot return it
from the backend store in an efficient way (having entryUUID as entry's ID will
help a lot in this case)
