IMO, let us not consider PasswordPolicyInterceptor this is very basic and not
tested with the updated code base of versions 1.5.X.
And this interceptor no longer used in 2.0, we use ppolicy configuration(if
enabled) in AuthernticationInterceptor and perform the checks on passwords.
