We should remove all occurences of JNDI (javax.naming) from shared-ldap. We
should use the new shared/API classes where possible. Utilities for converting
between API and JNDI should be moved to shared-ldap-jndi module. Lot of JNDI is
used in stored procedure and trigger code.
