Hi Antoine, sorry, I didn't remember the problem earlier on IRC. Please use a 32-Bit JVM, then it will start like a charm.
There is no 64-Bit version of Studio yet, because there was no (stable) 64-Bit Eclipse available before the current Helios release. But now it should be possible to create a 64-Bit version for Windows.
