Hi Alex, Yeah, I checked out the Eclipse code at the time and followed back the exception in the code from the stacktrace.
It's definitely a bug in Eclipse MANIFEST.MF parser in the 3.6.x (Helios) distribution [1] Fortunately, it seems to have been resolved three days ago. :) I guess we just need to wait for Eclipse 3.6.2 to come out.
